My veins were popping, I had my boyfriend with me as well and the lady literally stabs the IV in your arm.... And then claimed she was having an OFF day.... Left with both arms in pain and traumatized from the experience. Mind you they have 6-7 years of experience and the person I see in Arizona has 2....
