They showed us many carpets and listened to what we were looking for. He had new and older carpets in all price ranges at a fraction of the price from other stores. The company was very difficult to deal with. They offered me in the end to reupholster the sofa or $1500 for me to reupholster myself. I have to reupholster a brand new sofa. It is a very inferior product and people should not buy it. The worst furniture experience I have had in my life!!!

Horrible customer service. Asked a floor sales person about the price of an item I was purchasing…read moreand he played with a handheld device for several minutes only to say he could not find it. He sent me to the long checkout line instead of helping me. When I finally made it to the cashier which took forever she could not find the price either. She asked me to go back to the sales person in the area....REALLY? I explained that he sent me to her and she insisted I go back so she could continue her slow checkouts. Seems like calling a manager over to fix this would have been the right thing to do. I left the item at the counter and left the store.
