I received a call today from Liz who is the receptionist at Zippivet and she was just following up on Bruno to see how he was doing.
I did tell her my concerns and frustration with the bill. She transferred me to Jen who is the manager. I explained that I was not quoted for an ear cleaning and I was told it was a demonstration of how to use the product that they had just sold me.
Jen was very thorough. She explained the method to their madness and she also confirmed that I should have been told that they were doing an ear cleaning so she did refund me for the ear cleaning.
After speaking to the manager I feel like they are reasonable and will hear your concerns and make adjustments as they see fit.
I learned a lot today and I appreciate the service that was provided. I'll give them another opportunity to win my business. I think it was just a misunderstanding and I'm happy to know that it was resolved with little effort. read more
