Beware of the Verizon store on RT 23 in Wayne. Went in yesterday and got a new plan and new phone. Found out last night the guy switched out a new phone (which is what I am paying for) with a refurbished phone. Already have complained to Verizon online about this - returning phone and cancelling everything. Verizon processing my complaint about fraud. Thanks Apple for having easily identified serial and model numbers. Stay out of the Wayne Verizon store!!!!!! UPDATE - the Wayne store is not a corporate store therefore not owned by Verizon. I had to return phone there - guy was an absolute jerk (new guy). Gave me a lot of issues - wanted to charge restocking fees. When I keep saying "just return the phone and refund me" over and over - he accused me of threatening him and said he felt threatened. Told him to feel free to call the Wayne PD as I was ready to file charges for fraud. Finally did the return. Went up to Butler Verizon which is corporate store - they were absolutely lovely and helpful. Made sure everything was fixed that Wayne did. Ended up with new Iphone 7 Plus and new contract - VERY happy with their service. read more
