I have zero issues with Watson's. I went in looking for a massage chair after reading about several online, but I really wanted to at least sit in one before I spent $3k-$10k for a chair and I am so glad that I did. I sat in a couple of chairs and the sales person talked me through each one and I decided on the middle option. Approximately $3900 delivered and taxes. I am super happy with it. After it was sat up I used it and almost fell asleep getting a heated massage. The delivery team was amazing and very polite. The sales person was wonderful, I wanted a black chair which they didn't have but he got one delivered in from another store. The price is cheaper than online so even better. I am extremely pleased.
