I own a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo here which is in the rental pool. They have been redoing a lot of the building, but I still think the outside, however historic it is, still is painted a gross color. THAT BEING SAID, the place is only a 5 minute walk to the gondola, has a wonderful kitchen, fireplace, and a view of the mountain. Building has a spa, gym, indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub.. and recently added a barbecue for out door winter grilling! The quality of the units varies, admittedly, as each one in the rental pool is owned individually... But I would live out here full time if I could. Less pricey than the Arabelle.. or the newer places coming up around it, but that's a given. read more
