Don't like leaving two stars for a good Mexican food restaurant, but today I just have to do it. We have had slow service and mixed up orders here a few times in the past. But we realize that the place can get busy and mix ups just happen. Well, today we went in to satisfy an enchilada craving. We were seated and given the more expensive dinner menu. We asked for the lunch menu (was 11a.m.-lunch time), and the lunch menu was brought to us a few minutes later. The waitress brought chips, salsa & 2 waters. I wanted tea and my better half did want water. The chips were stale. The 2 different salsas are usually good....today was just average. Then we waited about 15 minutes and no one would come over to take our order. There were other customers, but they were not swamped w/them. We finally said the heck with this and we left. They may have been just having another off day, but we will go elsewhere for now. May try them again at a much future date. read more
