Squirrel Chops is a charming cafe in the Central District of Seattle. The coffee is top-notch and the pastries are delicious. Give the chocolate chip cookie a try. They're huge! The staff was also very friendly with treats ready to give to our furry four legged friends. Although the space is a bit small, the outside seating area was a nice touch and overall I loved the vibe of the establishment.
