Traveled to Saskatoon for work and wanted some Asian food near my downtown hotel. I found Saigon Roll on Yelp and it hit the spot. Walking distance from co mention center, a but sketchy at night, but safe. The restaurant was small and just had one guy running the front of house, but he did a great job. I got 2 egg rolls, 2 shrimp spring rolls and a thai coconut noodle soup with chicken. It was ready in 15 mins. The food was hot and flavorful. The noodle soup was a good portion and rich with coconut milk. I could have skipped the shrimp spring rolls, but egg rolls with nice and crisp.
