Ive been here before and it wasn't bad but this time it was horrendous... i got a mani pedi.. I wanted white gel polish and one glittery champagne.. i got Christmas red polish... then when when it came to my nails the lady began to file off the old acrylic then had me put my hands into polish removal.. which is normal.. but then walked away.. she didn't come back... Another man then took over after i sat there for 30+ min... he used a nail extension to pry off the acrylic and destroyed my actual nails.. he cut me a couple times with the drill and put polish remover on it afterwards.. over all it took 3+ hours Although the nails don't look bad and he actually did what i asked.. my nails were sore and painful afterwards.. worse than I've ever dealt with They charged me $98 and then asked me for a second separate tip for the other lady.. the mani and pedi don't even match! read more
