Saw the ad on facebook for a full face no surgery face lift for 59.99. Took the bait and made an appt online on Tuesday. Got a confirmation call on Thursday for my Friday appt on my voicemail. Called them back to confirmed my appt and a male with Spanish accent picked up. He couldn't find my appt at all. He told me to call back in 15 min to talk to the manager. By this time, my intuition kicked in with "scam alert". I said no that I would not call them back and this is all too fishy!! By Friday morning, received 2 more calls on my voicemail to call and confirm my appt. I thought ok... fine!! I called and the female that picked up was rude. After I gave her my reason for calling she said "ok and yeah" like so Do I have an appt or not??? After the miscommunication- i decided to go anyways. Got there 10 min early. Saw the lady that answered the phone and she was still rude. Another lady came up to help and gave me some papers to fill out. She offered water and I said yes but then she disappeared and never came back with the water. By this time I have decided that I would not drink the water even if she brought it back. Waited for 15 min and saw another customer came out from the back. She didn't look impressed. She quickly left and I was brought back. The esthetician did not introduce herself to me. Basically told me to follow her. When in the room, still no introduction was made. I quickly used the bathroom and laid down. She didn't ask me anything about my skin, what my goals are, nothing. Not even my health history. She began the process. Not once did she explain to me what was being done or how this and that serum would help my skin.. on the ad, it says 60 min but from the time I laid down on the table to the time she was done it was literally 35 min at the most. Don't even bother paying for extra's cause I know fore sure she didn't bother doing it. She didn't even bother apologizing for the abrasion burn she left on my right nasal ala and my glabella. I only saw that when I went to use the bathroom before paying.
