Still a solid 4! This is my happy place in whitby and I am so grateful for the consistency and quality of food here. Since our first visit, we've dined in on multiple occasions, and the food has been so good each time. Now when I am in the East end and have a pho craving, this is my go to spot. Their pho broth is already flavourful but this time, it was further elevated by the complimentary sate sauce which added a delicious kick to the broth.
