Stopped in here at about 10am on a Friday because Denny's was too crowded, and it was the best decision ever! There was one other customer when we arrived, and two or three other tables arrived after us. The ambiance inside is great - lots of tables, high ceilings, and large windows letting lots of natural light in. I got the chicken enchiladas plate, which is my go-to, and my partner got the huevos con chorizo. I am not exaggerating when I say these were the most delicious enchiladas I have ever had in my life. Every part of the plate was amazing; it came with 3 verde chicken enchiladas, beans with cheese, rice, and sour cream (that DID NOT cost extra!). It was so delicious and filling, I took one enchilada home and it was just as good after being microwaved. I was thoroughly impressed with the service too - we both got coffees which were consistently refilled before they could get half-empty. The food took a little while, but was 100% worth it.
