I am so happy we stopped by M's Bakery. I needed my morning latte and a bite to share with my hubby. The cafe is beautiful and bright with ample seating inside and out. The first thing I saw was the beautiful bakery case filled with breads, rolls and drippy gooey cinnamon rolls1.
I ordered from a very friendly staff member with a beautiful smile. I decided on an egg sandwich served on a toasted, incredibly soft, house-made milk bun. Layered with a flavorful chimichurri aioli and topped with melted Queso Oaxaca cheese. I love the added crunch with pickled radish, carrots, and fresh sprouts, which cut through the richness with a bright, tangy bite. Seriously, it was mouth watering delicious and probably the most unique breakfast sandwich I have ever had. As I write this my mouth is watering thinking about it!
The vanilla lattes are not average they were lovely. It's cool that the beans are sourced from plantations in Veracruz, Mexico. Not overly sweet with milk frothed to the perfect drinkable temperature. read more
