A DREAM COME TRUE!!! I've wanted to visit Mood since I first saw Project Runway on TV in the mid-2000s. It finally happened in November of 2024!!! The staff was seriously so friendly and helpful! I went in on a mission with a few different fabrics I was looking for. Not only were they helpful in locating the fabrics, but they also made me feel welcome and supported as I bombarded them with many questions. I could've easily spent hours just looking at the bolts of fabrics that covered almost every inch of this place, but I only had one day to find what I needed so I cut my time short. Heads up: this store covers 3 different floors BUT you can only enter via its middle floor which is accessed via the elevator, which is on the right side when you enter the building. The other two floors can be accessed via the staircases in the store itself. Don't miss out on the top floor - it has boucle and tweed for dayssssssss! Can't wait to live in NYC so I can make a million jackets and skirt sets out of these beauties! read more
