I live in the West Valley, so I was really excited when this location opened! My husband and I came here for lunch. The restaurant is super cute, and the servers are very nice. We ordered two appetizers and two ramen bowls.
The Enoki Chips were really good -- I just wish they came with some kind of dipping sauce instead of salt (personal preference).
The A5 Wagyu Negi Nigiri was also delicious and fresh, though the rice had a bit too much vinegar.
For ramen, we ordered the Classic and the Tokyo Chaccha. I loved the Tokyo ramen -- the broth was rich and creamy. My husband had the Classic and said it tasted a bit sour, probably from the bamboo, but he still enjoyed it overall.
The prices are definitely on the higher side. Our bill came out to about $100 after tip, and I felt the portions were a bit small for the price. I'd come back for a special occasion, but probably not just for the ramen since there are plenty of places in the Valley with better prices and portions. Still, I'd recommend trying it at least once if you haven't yet! read more
