Maral helped to alter my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding. Calling is the way to get ahold of her and schedule something. She worked around my work schedule which I appreciated. She had me come in to try on my dress so she could take measurements. Her office is small, but she has a changing area in the back corner. She had me try on dress for her and stand on a platform while she pinned. She worked quickly but diligently to pin it all up. I paid her when I dropped off my dress and she gave me a ticket to pick it up. The cost was $80, which I was a bit surprised, i thought it was going to be more, because there were several layers to the dress. I don't get gowns hemmed all the time so I'm not sure if thats comparable or not, but I was satisfied. I dropped off my dress July 6th, and I needed it by September 1st, she scheduled me to come back and pick it up August 10th. The week of August 10th rolls around and I called to confirm the pick up and I had to change the time. She said that was fine, and then let me know that she had to take my dress to dry cleaners, because during alterations it got some sewing machine oil on it.
