I was here during my amazing visit to Copenhagen in December. I took the train up to Lund for a brief day trip to explore the town. As I was still in Lund in the evening and not sure what, if anything to eat, I stopped in this place. It was about 45 minutes before their dinner service started but they were very accommodating at the bar, having a full range of liquor, some draft selections, a good selection of bottled beers as well. Anyway, the bartender/waiter let me know they were firing up the grill and I decided to go with the hamburger. They cooked it to order for me and... honestly, it was probably one of the most perfect burgers I've ever had in my life, if not THE most perfect. Though a little pricy, it was so well worth it, as their grill imparted an incredible flavor to the insanely fresh and perfectly seasoned juicy meat. I ate... and ate... and ate... and still could only manage about 3/4 of it, sadly. The fries and I think truffle aioli I had were incredible too. I still think longingly about that burger sometimes.
