I love KFC chicken, but I don't like extra crispy. Just a personal choice! I went through the drive through to order on 5/11/22 about 11:45 am. I ordered an 8 piece chicken only and a 12 piece meal. I asked for original. I was told that I had to get extra crispy for the 12 piece. WHY...? I don't like extra crispy! I was told I could take the extra crispy or come back in 25 minutes. I was in line. Cars are behind me. So I changed it to 12 piece tender meal. I asked her/the person taking my order to not be rude. I should be able to get the order I want. She said you can, if you come back in 25 minutes. I completed my order...which came to $69.49. As I sat in the drive through, I became more frustrated as this was now the second time I had not been able to get all original recipe. My thought was that their failure to plan should not impact me. When I reached the window, I asked the young lady if she had taken my order. She replied, no. I told her I would like to speak to whoever did. A woman came to the window. She told me her name a that she was one of the managers. I started to ask...but she was talking over me. I asked her to just listen to me. Her response was, "Oh, of course cause you are better than me. You think your better than me. Go ahead you talk." I told her I did not appreciate being yelled at about my choice of chicken. She stated that people can't hear so you have to speak loudly. She told me they were down a cook and did not have enough original recipe. I asked if everyone behind me ordered extra crispy?
