Chef Greg rocks! I arrived at 10 minutes before he opened as he was setting up the tables outside. He was kind enough to let me in early. He made a lovely (and delicious) breakfast croissant with egg, cheese and bacon. WOW! The egg was a perfectly cooked thinly rolled omelette. And, he bakes the croissants IN HOUSE! Chef Greg suggested the elderberry ice tea over Perrier. Amazing!
