The guys at Jacobson's Marine are awesome. I came in and met with Tom when my old motor gave up right in the middle of a short fishing season. I was desperate to get back on the water right away. Tom walked me through my options and helped me make the right decision for my boat. In the end I had to get an engine shipped from another dealer and Tom did not benefit at all from that sale. Even though Tom did not sell me an engine, he prioritized getting my engine installed and made sure I was well take care. The team that did rigging did amazing work and were conscientious about taking good care of my boat. Kevin in service is awesome and was fast and effective to communicate with. The team at Jacobson's are easy to work with and I am confident that I this relationship will last a long time. My only regret is that I wish that I could have purchased my motor from Tom.
