Would never recommend this company! They were hired by our HOA to replace the roofs in our community. From the workers themselves to the project manager they lack professionalism & respect for the tenant's property. My new AC unit (installed in 2022) was covered the 1st day with a tarp & they proceeded to dump half of the roofing materials on top of it & around the mechanical components to the unit, to the 2nd day not covering it at all but going with the prior procedure from the day before, they only stopped when I called them out on it. Spoke with the project manager on the phone, wanting him to come out & inspect what his workers were doing (failed to show up on that day) only to have him call me back & text me harassing messages. He showed up the next day & accused me of trying to "bilk $2,500.00 out of his workers the day before" which truly was a laughable moment because the cost of the AC when I had it installed was 5 grand & to top it off his workers didn't speak English.
