This was my first time using Grease Monkey. I came in because I had a Groupon. The staff was friendly throughout. They greeted me and said thanks from the garage as well when I left. There was one other customer at the time and I was in and out in about 20 mins. They didn't try to oversell other services (or worse as some do tell you someone is wrong or broken and it is not). They did offer one service (fuel cleaner) but the gentleman wasn't pushy about it. They did also vacuum out the interior and clean the windshields (a nice touch). Price wise they are about on par with most places. I saved about $30 with the Groupon (I did have to pay more for synthetic but this is commonplace these days) and it included a tire rotation and Rain x treatment.
