I'm not the greatest bowler, but do enjoy a game every now and again. I was meeting a friend and we decided that bowling sounded like a bunch of fun. I'd called to other alleys and most already had leagues going on, so we found this place and off we went.
While it's not the fanciest place comparatively speaking, it was actually one of the few that A) didn't charge $35-40 for a single lane game per person, and B) didn't turn us away as it was already booked for bowling leagues exclusively. Their games were $4 a piece, shoe rental was I think $3 a pair, and they had a separate bar area for those looking to hang out before or after their games.
The place could use some attention on the inside, and it doesn't have a lot of games, but it was a good time had by my friend and I. They're open late as well and you can get a few snacks at the snack counter for a reasonable price. They also have a decent selection of balls to choose from if you need one like I did. I would NOT recommend having a kids party here as it's a bit run down for that, and there's nicer alleys in the area compared to this one. But, if your like me and just wanted to hang out with other adults, throw a bowling ball down the alley on a Saturday night and not spend a zillion dollars, this is your place! read more
