Finally decided to check out Fancy Burger. The restaurant gives old school 20s vibes with the dark decor and the flame lit candles on the walls.
They've got a grand piano, which I hear they have live music on Fridays; I'll have to come back to check that out.
They had a $29 burger that sounded messy and not something I wanted to try this month. Other than that they only have a few burgers on the menu and I enjoy the simplicity.
Got the classic single and boy did it hit the spot. I was craving a simple tasty burger. But the beet salad was delicious and oh so pretty! In fact I was a fan of all that we ordered. Nothing too complicated just classic goodness.
The cazookie is small enough for a single serving or you can share for a sweet treat after dinner. I couldn't taste the toffee in the coffee, but could tell there were toffee bits in it. Nonetheless still yummy gooey goodness.
Our server was so sweet and informative.
All in all, I'd come back when I'm looking for a sit down burger that's not fast food. read more
