I've been a Rosie's customer for about 16 years and I have never had any issues until today 4/10/16. I stopped by the Calimesa shop to get a dozen flour tortillas and some guacamole; it was a simple transaction or so I thought. The posted menu price for 1 dozen (12) tortillas was $6.99 or .75ea and the girl verbally quoted a price $2.99 for 1/2 of a small drink cup of guacamole. I was good with the price so I paid for it via debit card. As my receipt is handed to me I wonder why it was $16.64 (?!?!?!) The register is programmed for $12/dozen or ....wait for it.... $1.00ea! Ummm, that's the same price! What happened to the $6.99 or .75?! The girl said "oh, there is some stuff that doesn't ring up the same in the register" my response "ok, well the listed price says $6.99" she responded "I'll have to call the manager".... Long story short... Got $4.00 returned to me with no apology and to top it off... The guac was in a smaller container, a lesser amount than I was told. VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY!!!
