Service and sales people seemed nice and professional. Long story short, service did not work. They came out to make it right..did not work again. Came out for second application after egg cycle...did not work. Asked for refund for second application only, would not do it because they said they already provided service. Sent pics, and for tech to come out for proof, but they would not. Just kept say no. Shady sales practice (seemed professional) Customer service is in India - Nice but not local or helpful Local group washed their hands of the issue Had proof that sales person waved cancellation fee after 2 applications otherwise they would have tried to charge me more!
