Dumpling Day opened a month ago in Tasty Pot's space. Infrastructure similar, decor on walls updated.
Happenchance there was a grand opening buffet party opening along with many festivities (singing, folk dancing, lions blessing the new spot).
I opted out of buffet. Waited for service to resume.
QR codes didn't work, tablet given which I didn't know how to use. Cantonese & Mandarin spoken. Only owner spoke English. Associates didn't take orders. Finally did order for me on tablet when they found my order didn't go thru. So either the food came in 10 or 30 minutes depending....

Bites: boiled housemade chive, shrimp & pork dumplings (12/15.99)
-edges was still uncooked so it was previously frozen. The rest was nicely boiled to perfection. Had lots of flavors & juices. Dipped in mix of soy sauce & red vinegar.
*sampled pig ear-dry, bland.
-fried pork meat. Big piece. Crunchy texture, moist, juicy.
