My Grandkids loved it, we tolerated it because of the joy they experienced despite older kids blocking a pathway preventing younger ones from passing and other kids pouring pop down one of the slides. Parents were all present but not watching their kids. The employees were kind, helpful, knowledgeable about the snack bar, but not there to police the kids. This meant we stuck close to our four year Grandson to the chagrin of my husband's back and his head that he hit several times. They had a nice, good sized baby/toddler area.
