Went to buy a grill here and got it in my cart after checking the price at $49.99 and took it up to the counter and it rang up at $159.99! The lady helping me at the counter checked the price on the sales floor with me saw the tag say $49.99 and said well the store manager will need to approve that price as that's what it was marked as. She spoke to the store manager who said he would not approve the price it was clearly marked as on 3 tags on the display of 3 grills and said the best he could do was offer me 10% off the price it's ringing up at ($159.99)! He didn't even come over or say anything to me, he made the cashier tell me! I said that's absolutely ridiculous to not honor the price you have it marked multiple times at and she said I know I don't feel that's right either. She apologized and was very caring about it but I'm very very very dissatisfied with Dick's and probably will never shop here again! If I've ever had a problem at Big 5 before they have always satisfied my concerns and taken care of any discrepancy! Big 5 will continue to get my money! I recommend not supporting the big chain store Dick's because they don't care about the people, only their bottom line! Back to Big 5 I go now! Hope everyone joins me in shopping Big 5! read more
