I attended a private pasta making class here for a friend's birthday celebration, and it was easily one of my favorite experiences to date. The studio itself is gorgeous. It was flooded with natural light thanks to floor to ceiling windows on two walls, set to soft music, and featuring a cooking table that was beautifully prepped and decorated for our arrival. We washed up, tied on our aprons, and were immediately welcomed with a refreshing watermelon ginger beer nonalcoholic mojito. Chef Cam was incredible! They walked us through every single step of the pasta making process, sharing great educational tips along the way. Our group was assigned specific roles, which we naturally took way too seriously, making it even more fun. Best of all, the final meal turned out absolutely delicious, and there was enough to take home leftovers. The kitchen is tucked inside a vibrant makers space that I am dying to explore more. A few other local business owners popped in during our class to chat about what they do, which gave the whole building such a warm, supportive community vibe. I also learned they host a variety of other amazing events throughout the year, including a live chefs competition and exclusive private supper clubs. If you are looking for a fun group activity, a birthday spot, or just an awesome culinary experience, book this immediately. I cannot wait to go back! read more
