Haven't been to a Chili's restaurant for years. Now I know why. Only went because of a gift card! The service was very good! Our server was on the ball and everything we ordered came out correctly. Didn't have to ask for refills, napkins etc. she checked on us often, as dodgy the manager who stopped at every table. The triple dipper we decided to have as an Appy included the mozzarella sticks, big mouth sliders and the chicken crispers. The mozzarella sticks were nice and cheesy gooey, the sliders were pretty good but the chicken crispers were crispier than they should be and were chewy. We decided to share the trio fajitas combo which included steak, shrimp and chicken. Did not come out sizzling, chicken was strips of weird textured meat like substance. Did not taste like real chicken! The shrimp was alright and the steak was okay. The side of beans was tasty as was the guacamole. The tortillas looked a bit doughy, didn't eat but one of those. Not coming back to any Chili's not because of the service but due to the food quality and prices that are up there with much better restaurants for the subpar fare. They can also clean the table areas better. read more
