Went back for dinner. They had specials that night of ribs and smoked Mac and cheese. I couldn't pass those up so we decided to get a rack of ribs, a side of the Mac and cheese, and a brisket plate again (we had the brisket on our first visit and it was delicious and memorable). When we unwrapped the rack of ribs at home they looked amazing! I went and got a knife to cut the ribs off to share but the rib meat was so tender that they just pulled apart. So delicious! Especially with the BBQ sauce! Max and cheese was creamy, gooey and delicious! The brisket plate was as good as the first time with that wonderful brisket and delicious pit beans! I want to try new things on their menu but it is hard to not order more of the brisket and the ribs since they are so tasty!
