If you're in the mood for a messy seafood boil night, Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar is such a fun spot! We went on a Tuesday night and it was super chill, no wait, seated right away, and the staff was so welcoming and attentive. I've been here before and the service has always been consistently great. Also, they have weekday deals, so definitely check those out before you go! We ordered the steamed oysters (6), 2 lbs head-on shrimp with the Hook & Reel special blend (mild), 2 lbs live crawfish with special fusion sauce (medium), and garlic noodles. The oysters were SO bomb. So flavorful and fresh, I honestly wish we had gone on Monday for the $1 oyster deal lol. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I love that every bag comes with potatoes and corn to soak up all the sauce. The special fusion sauce was my favorite, sweet and salty, the best of both worlds. The crawfish was a little rubbery this time, which was slightly disappointing since I was excited it was live. I'd still give it another shot though. The garlic noodles were good, just wished they had a bit more sauce like the last time I had them. At one point a bug landed in our noodles and they immediately offered to remake it, no hesitation, just great customer service.
