I love the materials they carry but customer service is nonexistent. I asked about cake and cookie decorating classes. I was directed to a piece of paper towards the front of the store, nothing else. Because of customer service, I thought, "Would I receive the correct training with a professional instructor?" The layout of the store is organized. I wish the customer service was better and the person I encountered was more knowledgeable. After looking over reviews the Richardson location is the one to go to. read more
