The clocks I had them repair/service hadn't run in 20-40 years (a grandfather clock and a cool cast-iron mantle clock). they took them in November and returned them in May - and the long time in service is no surprise considering the shape of the clocks. They kept me informed, where around when I had questions, and my clocks are gone and happy.
