Attic Projects (Everett location team) was great to work with. I got a quote for a sump pump install in my crawlspace, and replace a vapor barrier, and they honored the quote seven months later when I had the money to move forward! The crew was respectful, thorough, and careful. I appreciated their updates along the way, and the photos they shared during and after the project was complete. See some in my review. The Project Manager was easy to work with, and was super communicative about the Project, expectations, and financing options. I qualified for financing that offered 10% down and 0% interest for 12 months. (Terms based off of credit, and no guarantee that they'll keep doing this in the future.) I am willing to vouch for this review. I'm a real homeowner who compared other businesses before choosing this company. They dug a trench, for rid of the bad vapor barrier, replaced it with a new one, installed a sump pump, and taped it up to finish. read more
