Since it had rained for a number of days I wanted to find a trail that was paved. Anchorage Trailhead is a 2.1 paved trail that is quite scenic and mostly flat for those of us who are a bit older but still enjoy hiking. It's a peaceful stroll in a mostly wooded area. Yeah, there a few areas that lack a bit of shade on a hot day but overall it's a nice walk. read more
