This location is at North Hill Shopping Centre. I'm a hard poke and the techs here have got me in one try (woohoo), plus I've always got in swiftly when I've booked ahead. On separate occasions, two of my family members got their days mixed up and STILL got in relatively quickly (no pun intended). The last time I went, I sat in the waiting room at the end of the hall and watched as countless people had NO idea where they were going. Having suffered the same fate myself the 1st time, I thought I'd post a review for any newcomers. The building is adjacent to the mall. There are two sets of doors and you take the set to the right. Then there will be many, many, many stairs. Which is why I took off a star. This is a bizarre location to ask the ill or mobility-impaired to come to, and is not wheelchair friendly. After the stairs, you will go down one very long hallway. At which point you will think "am I going the right way?". Yes you are. Go down the next very long hallway and eventually the room will be on your left. read more
