We had our vehicle sniffed today and was told the test passed with flying colors but the visual failed. When shown the problem it was a tube that had a slight dimple in it. We were told it was restricting air flow. It let air through completely unhindered. So we got a 96 vent tube and put it on there and they passed it but they charged us an additional $50 to retest it. Seriously? That's absolutely ridiculous. And the tech was rude on top of everything. We will never use these guys again. read more
