Been on the hunt to find the best Pho and Bun Bo Hue in Brooklyn and Pho Vietnam is definitely one on my top list. At Pho Vietnam, the noodle soup portions are HUGE! My boyfriend had the Pho and I had the Bun Bo Hue. The pho was definitely one of the best in Brooklyn. The broth definitely stands out with its bold flavor and could hardly tell if they use MSG or not. The Bun Bo Hue was not super oily like I've come across at other Viet restaurants. We had an order of spring rolls, even the spring rolls were larger than usual. It was deep fried perfectly with crispy skin. For the quality and price, Pho Vietnam is definitely worth a try. read more
