We hit "The Park" this morning for the first time. It was outstanding. It will not be our last! We both ordered the Hamburger steak and egg platter. We both normally like our beef rare, but never expect it to cooked that way at breakfast. Well, no it wasn't, It was delivered well done but was the tenderest, juiciest, flavorful well done hamburger steak I've ever had. ( turns out they will cook to order) Even the eggs were a higher quality than you find at most restaurants. Add a light fluffy cat head biscuit and crisp hash browns ( ordered them crisp ) and it was a meal I can't wait to have again.
