Wow, so full after the tasting menu ! A delicious experience in a spacious setting by the luxury car dealerships. Came to try the tasting menu at $150, a 5 course meal. Started with a perfect egg with caviar...soft boiled egg with a crispy topping and caviar on a bed of horseradish infused mayonnaise. The crispy Kanpachi was so so yummy ...light, moist and crispy crunchy. Next the scallops were good, with a wasabi sauce. And the steak was perfectly cooked but was too full to indulge totally. It was a good thing they gave me a takeaway box. The tropical fruit brulee was a fitting end to a great meal. Plus as an added treat, they gave us some macadamia nut cookies to go.
