Cafe Guarani is my go to place for empanadas on the Monterey peninsula. They are moist and tasty. I also highly recommend their vegan chili. Their coffee and pastries are delicious. They have an outdoor patio if you've got pets and plenty of indoor seating with comfy sofas. Love to chill in this place. read more
