The service: 5 stars. The service was unbeatable though it was very slow at the cashier but Adam was very patient with each customer.
Food
The pickles: 5 stars. I wonder if Marie Antoinette ever had a pickle cabinet. If she did. Taim's pickles must had been in there. Lol!
The cauliflower shawarma: 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars if not deep fried. Very flavorful in their mysterious 7 spices. I only wish it was not deep fried.
The jasmine cumin rice: 5 stars. I would not mind to be a sumo wrestler. Lol!
The turmeric couscous: 2 stars. I would really like it if it was clear particles. In stead, it was like 95% dried yellow porridge, mushy. I would call it mashed couscous.
The green spicy chill sauce and harissa were too oily to my taste. Both were not spicy enough to me:)). I am a killer queen of spicy food. Lol.
I have been Taim three times so far. Each time I have discovered something enlightening. Today there was a woman came in with total 9 Pita Surprise complimentary cards that were distributed on the grand opening day. It was supposed to one per customer. Anyhow, the store honored her all free food such as desert, fries, drinks and other sides without any food purchase. The cashier Adam was spontaneously said:"I am not sure if I can redeem all 9...." The woman was somewhat sheepish. She tried to conceal her embarrassment all at once. She tossed 3 coupons herself for a mental justification. Meanwhile Adam called a manager like man over. This man was like Mahatma Gandhi, he compassionately honored the woman all 6 coupons without a trace of "discrimination" on abusing Free coupons offered by the business in a good deed. Remember, no food purchased by her. Lol!
Taim has once again won my taste buds and soul. lol! read more
