There are cheaper clinics, near clinics (I actually drive half way across town to see him) and I'm sure there are better appointed clinics around than this place. The reason why I keep coming back is that Dr. Chan works- he works in the sense that he cures you of your ailment and the fact that he actually cares about whats happening to you. Although a pediatrician by specialist, patients of all ages visit Dr. Chan and you can see that from the queues forming outside his clinic. Most people actually register and then leave for a bit before they come back because the waiting list is so long. The clinic itself is small and if anything a bit dowdy looking but I trust when you are looking for a doctor the waiting room is the last thing you would care about. The nurses could be described as being quite authoritarian in their demeanor as well, no they are not the nicest people on earth but then again when you are having a 104f temperature you tend to ignore that sort of thing. Dr. Chan does take the time to go over everything that's wrong with you and he will be nice enough to take any questions unlike some chain medical clinics where they are trying to kick you out of the room as soon as they can. One other thing to show that he's not your mainstream type of GP is that he doesn't take any medical cards- cash or EPS only please. If you are looking to receive any vaccination then do phone up before hand because they might not have the jabs in stock. Consultations cost around 320 HKD- its not cheap but I think its worth it as they never skimp on the meds either.

After a short overseas trip, I was feeling very unwell so I visited this walk-in clinic to see what was up. I saw Dr. Patrick Lee and after asking about my symptoms, listening to my respiratory system, and literally jumping back after seeing my red and inflamed throat, he confirmed that I have come down with the dreaded flu. 5 prescriptions later, I am now in bed, resting up and praying for a speedy recovery. I'm happy with the quick and efficient service that I got here, and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
