The style of catering ranges from buffets, canapés and afternoon teas, through to BBQ, carvery and full sit down roast dinners. All of the food is very well prepared, either off site and built on location, or cooked entirely on location, and every bite is (as perviously mentioned) delicious!
Dennis often comes on location himself, if not he will provide chefs and serving staff. As such, the range of service can be as simple as they cook and you collect, through to they organise everything including provision of crockery and glassware, music, entertainment - basically they become party organisers. They even have junk boat options, where they provide the boat as well!
The pricing is not prohibitively expensive, they are in fact one of the cheapest catering companies, which is surprising, given the quality of the food and service. I usually find myself organising everything with Dennis by email. He will send through menus for approval, and make suggestions if you have particular requirements, veggie, gluten free, etc. The whole process is rather painless, depending on how much you hand over to him of course!
As you can imagine, I am a huge fan, and every time I go to an event and see the Delicious logo, I know to cancel my dinner engagements as I will be tucking into canapés all night!
