I've been to the Benefit at Kowloon Tong quite a few times to get my eyebrows done at the Browbar. I have had my eyebrows done here a few times by Jennifer, who does a great job and is very nice too. $150 is a bit of a steep price to get your eyebrows done, but if you have never done anything with your eyebrows and are skeptical about the level of pain and how it will turn out, I would recommend coming here. Jennifer is great and you can tell that she's experienced at what she does. She'll ask you what kind of shape you're looking for, and is quite on point too. She does a combination of waxing and tweeting and I don't find it very painful, which is why I think it's great for anyone who's never gotten their brows done before. I've bought a couple of products here too besides just getting my eyebrows done. The sales ladies are very knowledgeable about their products and will tell you all that you need to know. Once, when I was done with my brows, I was asked if I use BB cream - I told them that I do, and one of the sales ladies helped me try it on. I didn't end up buying it, but I was impressed with both the knowledge of the sales lady and the product itself. They are generous with samples too, so if you're hesitant about a product, try your luck and ask if they have a sample that you can take home. I love that the store is very pink and bright, and it really brings out the girly girl in me!

I wish they would start opening these stores in the US, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem like that'll happen any time soon. If you…read moreyourself have done the same, make the following note on this 2017 new Prada outlet in Florentia Village in the New Territories...IT IS GIANT COMPARED TO AP LEI CHAU! I was actually at the Prada outlet in Ap Lei Chau, when I saw the sign at the check out counter indicating that there was a new store that had opened in Kwai Hing in 2017. The staff at Ap Lei Chau also indicated that it was much larger compared to their store. So my husband and I took the MTR out to Kwai Hing and then walked the 10 minutes or so to the Prada outlet store, located inside the Florentia Village outlet center (also new in 2017). It is not hard to find, although you will feel like Kwai Hing is in the middle of nowhere a bit. The Prada store has a lot of inventory. Really more clothes and shoes (both men's and women's) than really leather goods and handbags, although there is a big selection of those items too. The selection of women's clothes is extensive. With that being said, the discount level can vary based on what you are looking at. Most items are discounted on the low end at 20% and at 80% on the high end. The bigger discount items are located in the spots with the sign "special price." In those sections, the discount can be anywhere between 50-80% and maybe limited in sizes or "last one." But be sure to check prices on items not in those designated spots as well, because it is almost like a Crazy 8 ball, you really don't know the discount until you flip shoes over and pull tags behind collars. My husband walked out with a pair of pants, normally $3000HKD for $1500 and I bagged a pair of shoes normally $4300HKD for $750 (last pair, my size...score!) There is a lot of staff there to help with sizes and pull stuff from the high shelves. There is also a selection of items by Miu Miu as well. There is also a significant men's section, which my husband was happy to see. So a great Prada outlet and worthy of a visit if you are a devout follower like me to the brand.

The interior of the store is a little dim, and the walls are kind of a dirty cream color, giving the store a vintage-y look. If you're a fan of bold prints and bright colors, Rococo is not for you. Rococo is the exact opposite of bold and bright - all their pieces are a very neutral color, if not just grey, and are quite subtle - think pale blue or cream colors. This color scheme is actually what drew me to the shop at the beginning! If you're the kind of person who likes clothes that are subtle but special, you'll like the style at Rococo. One thing I don't like about Rococo is that the sales ladies can be a little pushy. I remember once, I was looking at a top and one of the sales ladies started telling me about how this is a really popular choice and that many people have bought this within the last week. She also started making conversation with me, asking me where I was from and if I'm on school holiday. I could tell that she was just thing to get me to make the purchase! This was months ago back in winter. I actually haven't seen that sales lady again since, so maybe she's left, but her hard selling made me a little uncomfortable - I like to do my browsing at my own pace! Rococo is also a little on the pricey side so I've actually only bought two items from there so far. If you're a mother, you'll be glad to know that Rococo has a section up front with little girls' clothes that are matching to the adult ones. This means that if you see an item that you like and it's available in children's size, you can get both and twin with your daughter - how adorable would that be?!
