Stopped by the food court to get a quick bite while waiting for my flight…read more I had the beef meatballs at one of the malls few days ago and it was so good, so as soon as I saw that on Moon Thai Express menu, I knew I had to order it again. Tweaked it a bit and asked for the tom yum broth and egg noodles instead. There's an up charge for the broth but not the noodles swap. Excellent idea! The broth was nice and thick and not runny as how it is served in most Thai restaurants in California. Too bad I didn't think I would find this restaurant on here so I didn't take any photos. Also ordered the coconut jello for $48 HKG (- $6 USD) for dessert and it was good. It was nice and firm with a delicious coconut flavor and some coconut slices. Definitely order from here again on my next stop and take some photos.

Great place to stop by to shop for gifts!…read more My trip to Indonesia included a layover to and from Indo, so I made a mental note to self that I would buy something on the return flight home. They have a lot of interesting snacks such as wasabi flavored peas/crackers, duck tongue, beef jerky, dried fruits and an assortment of candies. I was most interested in the assortment of jerky. I got one of the packs that had a variety of flavors - satay, fruit, pepper, original, spicy and XO sauce. I wanted to grab more things, but I had limited space to bring stuff back, so I only got one item. Cashier had some trouble processing my order. They give you an option to pay via USD or HK. I initially chose USD since it was an option, but the machine took a really long time to process. Instead, we canceled the transaction and paid via HK since my card didn't have foreign fees. It went through without a hitch and I was well on my way out with gifts for everyone. I wish I had more room to buy more things. You could easily buy these items in bulk and assemble unique gift bags for friends. Definitely a place to visit if you're stuck at the airport and prices seemed reasonable to me.
