Dr. Yeung is friendly, gentle, and extremely professional. While she works quickly and efficiently, you never feel that she is rushing. She is considerate of any and all concerns you may have and works with such precision that I felt no pain. She explains everything step of the process, and even when speaking Cantonese with her assistants, she takes the time to explain what she is saying to ensure your comfort. Every other dentist I've been to pales in comparison to Dr. Yeung. I would strongly recommend her services to anybody in need of a dentist in Hong Kong.

I think there is a universal truth- no one likes going to the dentists. You lie there, completely…read morehelpless with masked people poking away inside your mouth, with drills the size of road diggers chipping away, the buzzing noise that comes from the smaller drills and the unmistakable pain that your teeth are so rotten its down to the nerves. And he has to clean it. The blood, the spitting and the fact that you just won't believe all the stuff that's been stuck in your teeth. All in all a good day at the dentist. For the past few years I have been coming to Dr. Wong's clinic for dental check ups and cleansing. Prior to that I have been a little less than attentive to my teeth and this got to the point whereby I had to do something about it. On my first visit there I had to sit and wait it out because there was an emergency case; that wait turned out to be one of the longest 5 minutes of my life. The tension. The fear. The bloody zoom sound from the drill. Dr. Wong was as professional as he could be when he saw the state of what resembled some primitive beings' teeth found at an excavation; he nursed them back to good form through a good hour's work. I shall not go into the details but I have to thank them from the bottom of my heart in having to deal with someone as squeamish as I am. Dr. Wong's clinic is conveniently located and the clinic itself is well organized and clean. The waiting area is just an L-shaped sofa but most people come on appointment anyways so it never gets all that busy. I would recommend everyone to go try getting their nashers looked at by him as he is by far the most patient person I have come across in my life with dentists.

I haven't been to the dentist in about a year, so I appreciated the time spent on the exam and cleaning. But be prepared, the initial consultation and cleaning for first time patients is two hours (I thought the office was kidding when they told me that on the phone...they weren't). That two hours goes by quickly, though. The examination is first and takes about an hour with x-rays, health history and a detailed explanation of each step. The second hour is cleaning and polishing. The best part -- there are TVs on the ceiling! The office provides you with headphones. I found 3 episodes of Modern Family to be a wonderful distraction from all the whirring, buzzing and beeping sounds of the dental instruments. This visit doesn't come cheap -- in fact, I think it was the most expensive dental appointment I've ever had, but an overall positive experience. I was in very competent, friendly hands from start to finish and would definitely return.

When…read moreI visited him for the first time, he was careful to explain things to me (such as why I have sensitive spots on my teeth) and made sure that I left with trial sizes of Sensodyne. The second time I saw him, he asked me if I had been using the Sensodyne so he remembered! I love that extra touch. The facilities in this Central branch are modern and clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are more pricey than other dentists I've been to, but I would definitely recommend this clinic.

We are use to high level of service when it comes to dental care, for we have been going to the same dentist back in Las Vegas for a dozen years. After looking to several US trained dentists that had very cool looking practices on-line, my husband was a touch caught off gaurd on how expensive they were after being quoted for basic services like cleaning and X-rays when we phoned. My thought was that "you get what you pay for," but my husband wanted to look further. When in doubt, ask someone who has beautiful teeth who is their dentist! I find this a good rule. As such, we were referred to Dr. Dickson (and despite several things we found on-lline indicating that this person might be a woman, be advised he is a man! LOL!) Dr. Dickson is technically a dental surgeon, but they do have a dental hygienist on staff for cleanings. He went to South Africa for dental school for his BDS (Bachelors in Dental Surgery) at University of Witwatersand in Johannesburg. He speaks perfect English. My husband felt comfortable in his chair and in his care. The office is very small, with a tiny reception area and it appears only two rooms to service dental patients. The office though seemed clean and I even noted that the magazines in the waiting area were current...which is a sign that someone is caring about appearances! LOL! The filling repair took about 45 minutes and cost $800HKD. They take American Express, which we personally like and use. My husband indicated he would go back for his cleaning at this office in light of his good experience with this filling repair.

I did the premium treatment (three rounds of 20 minutes each)-- since I'm a first-time client, it was the same price as the classic ($1050HKD, usually its $1350)! My teeth are not super duper white to begin with but they aren't really yellowy either, so it fit my criteria perfectly. The process is super duper easy. You just brush your teeth, get Vaseline/goggles put on, and then you sit back for 20 mins at a time. Then, repeat. I only had to go through this cycle twice, and then my teeth were visibly whiter. I am so happy with the results! I bought the enamel pen too, to skip the fasting process. I HIGHLY recommend this place, it's QUICK, VERY reasonably priced for Central, and CLEAN!
